Born in Detroit, Michigan, and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Kim’s early life instilled discipline, adaptability, and resilience. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. This multidisciplinary academic foundation informs her people-centered, systems-driven approach to organizational leadership and global enterprise development.

Kim’s entrepreneurial journey began at the grassroots level, where she successfully built and sustained independent retail operations for over a decade. These early ventures provided her with practical insight into consumer behavior, market dynamics, and leadership development—skills that later translated into large-scale team building across borders.
In 2004, Kim expanded her global footprint through professional work in South Korea, an experience that catalyzed her long-term engagement in international markets and cross-cultural collaboration. Kim has since distinguished herself in the global travel and network marketing industry, where she previously built and led an international organization of over 9,000 team members spanning multiple countries. Currently, Kim is focused on expanding a well-established, 13-year-old network marketing company in the travel sector, leveraging its longevity, infrastructure, and global reach. Her mission is to help families earn more by providing practical solutions that help people save money on travel, while simultaneously offering a scalable business model for those seeking financial growth and independence. Through this venture, she is actively developing leaders, strengthening international teams, and building a sustainable, people-centered enterprise with long-term vision.
